Spirit Day is close and people are excited! For many this is their first Spirit day, but for others this is yet another awesome one.
What is Spirit day? Spirit Day is the half day before Thanksgiving where all the clubs, sports teams, and BLA’s arts are showcased.
What does Spirit Day mean to people? To Ms. Ford, spirit day is a day when the school comes together to show support and of course spirit to BLA.
Mr. Uchendu says “It’s everything. School culture/spirit.”
Ms. Ford describes the chaos on Spirit Day as “ a good kind of chaos.” While Mr. Uchendu says there is no chaos at all.
Some activities that happen on Spirit Day are presentations, musical performances, games/movies, dances, and showcasing the clubs.
So, get excited, Spirit Day is coming!
