On October 12, 2017, the Girls’ Varsity Soccer team played the John D. O’Bryant in a game to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness. There were many good efforts to score on both sides. Boston Latin Academy ended up taking the game in a score of three to zero. There was an awesome pass along with a goal opportunity between numbers nineteen and two. Along with the amazing plays and goals, the girls were able to get a goal, but it was unfortunately called offsides. There was great defense by number nine and many others during the game. The goalie, Anastasia Papajani, kept our goal safe throughout the whole game. At the game, the girls were able to raise about $1500 for Breast Cancer Awareness!
